Get ready to hit the slopes with the Acceleration Indiana Ski Program. It is a fantastic training program designed to improve your conditioning so that fatigue is nearly eliminated. The program will help you decrease the amount of leg soreness the next day, which will enhance your fun, safety, and performance on day two! The training is tailored to your age, ability and schedule.

Start your program any week. Training is one on one.
Note: All programs include a 15 minute active dynamic warm up process prior to each session.
Example: 2 times per week for three weeks. Two hours the first visit; one hour with a trainer each visit thereafter. Includes lower extremity work outs to improve your strength, power, balance, and stamina in the ski stance. The second hour of your first visit will include a strength evaluation of key core and upper body muscles used in skiing plus a strength workout for the next 5 visits.
