Just two quick phrases summarize the goal for the Acceleration Indiana Program: Move Faster – Run Longer! Runners will reach optimal speed by increasing the two components of speed: stride length and stride frequency. Acceleration Indiana helps each athlete learn and maintain knee drive, proper pelvic and trunk position, and optimal stride length.
Acceleration Indiana provides specific programs for a variety of track and field events. The distance running protocols were designed to precisely train endurance runners with Athletic Republic technology and to be as specific to race distance as possible. Athletes who use the patented resistance cord technology build powerful sport specific motions such as sprinting, jumping, and throwing.
