Acceleration Indiana Programs for all sports consist of Pre / Post testing, RunningÂ and Plyometric training.
Acceleration Indiana has many programs to offer that are tailored to the sport, age and ability of an athlete. Programs may be customized to fit an athlete’s training schedule to prepare you for combines, try-outs or camps.
By sprinting on the Super Treadmill, we can help you lengthen and quicken your stride, making you faster and more agile as well as being able to recover quickly after bursts of athletic play. Plyometrics are footwork drills to improve balance, agility, endurance and vertical jump. You will gain outstanding body awareness and the ability to move quickly and explosively. Each program consist of pre and post testing to get a baseline to improve and tailor each program. Evaluations will be made if the athletes are ready for the specific strength training for jumping, to improve an athlete’s vertical and explosiveness.
