Our Acceleration Holiday Camp is a super way for athletes of all ages to have fun and get a great workout over the holidays. Whether you want to experience Acceleration Training for the first time, stay in shape over the holidays, or begin conditioning for the spring season, the Holiday Camp is for you. You will experience challenging exercises, learn about how your body responds to exercise, and have fun with one on one interaction with our staff.
Examples of Holiday Programs:
Three Super Treadmill Sessions – Work on sprinting mechanics, stride length, stride frequency, speed, and stamina
Two Plyometric Sessions – For quickness, agility, balance, and jump height
Two Sport Specific Power Cord Sessions – for power and accuracy
Four one on one power skating/speed sessions on our famous hockey treadmill
Four one on one shooting or puck handling sessions
