We are pleased to announce our new program specfically for the sport of wrestling. This protocol is designed to be performed two days a week for six weeks and uses our patented cord technology combined with one on one training. The focus is on enhancing the athlete quickness and power in wrestling specific moves such as stand ups, sprawling, stalking, double leg takedowns, single leg takedowns, etc.
In addition, our base Acceleration program provides a terrific base for improving the athletes quickness, power, strength, and stamina. Pre high school athletes typically do 18 sessions, two or three times a week. High school/collegiate athletes do 21 sessions two or three times a week. Training elements include Super Treadmill workouts to develop anaerobic power and stamina; plyometrics for quickness, agility, and balance; plyo press to develop lower extremity explosive power; various strength and flexibility options based on need.
